Hubby and I have been trying to eat healthier for the last few months. We’re sticking to mostly fresh fruits and veggies and raw/natural foods. We even incorporated veggies into our breakfast. Yes, veggies! Let me tell you, it’s tough to gnaw on carrots or cukes at 7 AM. lol.
What food/foods did you give up for the New Year? Or, conversely, like us, what did you add?

A couple of years back I had to cut back on sugar and eat more veggies. I didn’t like it at first, but I have felt better. Change is hard. LOL! Happy New Year, Tori!
