Our goal is to explore Charlotte and the surrounding area and to experience new restaurants and a variety of cultures. Just because we may not enjoy a certain restaurant doesn’t mean other folks will feel the same. We will not rate or blog about a restaurant we feel is below a 3 fork rating.

Giveaways start and end on the dates and times posted. Odds of winning depend upon the number of entries.

Entrant must be 18 years or older at the time of entry. Participation is subject to an entrant’s local laws. Participation is restricted to residents of the United States.

Participants must submit the required information for each giveaway. Entrants will be informed if they are a winner within seventy-two hours after the giveaway end date. Limit one entry per person.

The approximate retail value depends upon the item listed in the giveaway.

The failure of winner to provide a mailing address within two weeks of the end of the giveaway or other errors of any kind whether human, mechanical or electronic, may result in forfeiture of an entrant’s participation in the giveaway or entrant’s inability to receive the giveaway item.

Prize(s) will be assigned to those who have been identified as winners and cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash, or substituted. Winners will receive their prizes via mail, or in the case of an online prize, such as an e-book, by means of the Internet, after the giveaway has completed and winners have been verified.

Taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner. Dora Hiers/Grace Legacy Publishing LLC assumes no responsibility or liability for any damages, losses, or injury resulting from the acceptance or use of any prize. All prizes are mailed out within 6-8 weeks of announcement of winner. Dora Hiers/Grace Legacy Publishing LLC will not replace any lost or stolen prize items.
