What was the last thing you did that terrified you?
For me, it was exploring a lava tube in Spain. I’m not a fan of heights–or depths–especially dark ones. But, I really enjoyed the experience and being underground wasn’t nearly as frightening as I anticipated. Isn’t that usually the case? So why do we get ourselves so worked up with fear?
